Following the AGM, where we vote on our board and vote on the proposed HAC Federation Model. Sent out to all COHA members via email was the Federation Model Draft II document—outlining the proposed changes to HAC and the relationship between HAC and COHA, as well as other members. This document (.DOC) is the same file you may have received in your email in the early summer by Pat O’brien, as well as in the Canadian Humanist Newsletter that is mailed to all HAC members.

If you cannot attend, you can vote by mail or proxy. This Wednesday, September 27, we will have proxy forms for the voting process. Included in this email is the Federation Model Proposal. Please review it and come ready to fill out a proxy form if you cannot make the Annual General Meeting.
